The handle can also be locked in a closed position for a more compact storage option. A useful hole pattern in the punch base keeps the chip tray always viewable. When full, paper chips can be quickly removed through a back door opening or fully cleared by removing the bottom of the punch. Aligning sheets is also simplified thanks to the included extendable paper guide and the built-in ruler and edge guide. Features durable metal construction.
