The Squids 3101F(x) Tool Lanyard with Stainless-Steel Carabiner + Loop features a patented design that prevents falling objects while absorbing any dynamic energy that might be transmitted through the lanyard's length to reduce any torque that your body, or anchor point, might experience if a drop occurs. By reducing this shock load, this tested and approved design prevents the tool from pulling the user down with it, effectively protecting all involved, both those above and those below. Durable, low-profile 1680 denier polyester, elastic-blend webbing with high-strength, three-ply nylon stitching on both ends ensures secure, reliable, lighter-weight performance, and the lanyard's single-length format eliminates the potential for the weak points commonly seen on multi-component lanyard alternatives. On one end, an auto-locking, corrosion-resistant, stainless-steel carabiner makes hooking into anchor points or attaching to tools easy, and the carabiner's captive-eye attachment point helps the user better predict the direction of loads while minimizing lanyard tangles. On the other end, a secure-grip treaded loop allows the user to reliably attach the lanyard to themselves, to a wide range of tools (large and small) or to various sorts of fixed-structure anchor points.
