Squids 3703 Elastic Loop Tool Tails with D-Rings provide a complete tool-lanyard retrofit solution for a wide variety of smaller, eyelet-equipped hand tools. Heavy-duty nylon webbing is double-stitched with high-tensile-strength nylon thread to ensure reliable performance in even the harshest work environments. A corrosion-resistant, stainless-steel D-ring on one end accommodates tool-lanyard connections. On the other end, a stretchable, elastic-nylon loop with barrel lock simplifies attaching to captive-hole eyelet-equipped hand tools as well as various other tools that feature a secure lanyard-attachment point. To accommodate tools without captive-hole eyelets or secure attachment points, pair these tails with Squids 3775 Self-Adhering Tool Traps (traps sold-separately). These tool-lanyard tails are built to withstand defined weight limits and can easily be used by any worker to help avoid accidentally dropping objects that could cause extensive property damage and serious, potentially deadly injuries. When used properly, these tails feature a maximum safe working capacity of 15 lb with a 2:1 safety factor.
