It cuts through the toughest grease to get your pots, pans and food prep utensils shiny and clean. It contains biodegradable surfactants, is phosphate-free and Kosher certified. It is designed for use in the Optifill™ Dispensing System. The system is designed for use in three-compartment sinks and is ideal for restaurants, convenience stores and caterers. The system is easy-to-use, maintenance-free and dispenses easily, delivering an accurate dilution without the need for equipment.
